Joseph Lambert brings 45+ years of capital markets experience across strategic introductions, structured transactions, AI infrastructure, compute offtake, and commodity transaction advisory. He has advised on sovereign AI infrastructure development, compute prepay concepts, and complex commercial relationships requiring capital, counterparties, and execution discipline.
Joseph Lambert has spent more than 45 years in the capital markets, a career that began at E.F. Hutton & Co. in 1979. His current work centers on AI infrastructure—in particular, adapting the prepay and offtake structures that commodity markets have used for decades to the compute infrastructure market: capital deployed against future compute delivery, paired with behind-the-meter power economics.
He serves as a Senior Advisor to UnityCloud.ai, a USA sovereign AI infrastructure company developing GPU-dense data centers, behind-the-meter power and a verifiable data-governance layer on tribal trust land, and advises on the development of sovereign, US-based AI data-center platforms with a multi-gigawatt capacity pipeline. His focus areas include compute infrastructure partnerships, compute offtake and prepay structuring, tribal economic development and data-sovereignty frameworks.
As Managing Member of Lambert Special Situations LLC, Joseph originates commodity transactions and strategic introductions, including gold and silver prepay purchase arrangements, offtake agreements and physical-delivery contracts between mineral producers and institutional commodity purchasers such as refineries, trading houses and commercial metals firms. He is also the owner of Lambert Capital Management, a California-registered investment advisory firm he has operated since 1987.
Earlier in his career, Joseph led distribution and marketing for a series of institutional asset managers. At Laurel Capital Advisors he implemented a marketing plan that raised $400 million in assets; at Avatar Associates he helped turn net asset flows from negative $120 million to positive $40 million per year; and at National Asset Management he built a new territory to $80 million in assets raised per quarter. He was part of the founding team at Singular Research, leading its sales efforts to institutional money managers. At E.F. Hutton he was the number-one producer in the nation in his class of 80 and went on to serve as Assistant Manager, Pension Consultant and Training Supervisor.
Joseph founded The Lambert Foundation in 2010 to support youth development through the Teen Star program, and he supports World Vision. He is personally committed to economic sovereignty for Indigenous communities and to building systems that create lasting value for underserved communities while delivering institutional-grade outcomes.
